Very Good

The property is located in a quiet area. The rooms are spacious and clean. The underground station is a five minutes walk and the train leads directly to the hearth of the city.

It would be better parking instructions to be provided, for example a map with parking lots nearby that offer service without subscription. We spent quite a lot of time looking for such a place. Finally we found via PAYUCA app PAYUCA Garage on Felberstraße 68, which is just on the next street.

We enjoyed our stay nevertheless.

Location has easy access to the underground train and close by shops.

A bit of noise from outside due to close to the main road. Noise could be less if I had my windows closed, but the windows were left open because the weather was very hot. Only one fan provided in one room. The second room was left without a fan. Only one room has a TV. Noticed the underneath of bed was dirty. The cleaners obviously neglected it. The bathroom had a sink for hand washing but the water was not flowing properly through the sink. We had to resort to the one in the toilet for hand washing and brushing of teeth though this was smaller. The apartment could do with a new floor carpet.

Excellent Stay in Vienna, definitely recommended.

The apartment was very clean, good connection with the metro and bus stops nearby Communication with the support staff was good enough, highly recommended.

A few facilities were not working like the Electric Kettle, sandwich maker and the support staff confirmed to replace then, but then the replacement was not done. But the support staff of all other things for sure.

I recently stayed at the Star Apartments in Favoriten, Vienna, and wanted to share my experience. Overall, the location of the apartment was very convenient, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. One of the standout features was the availability of a washing machine.

owever, there were a few downsides that I would like to highlight. Firstly, the shower hose had a broken head, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, while the apartment provided an ironing board, there was no iron available. Upon my request for an iron, I was assured that one would be provided, but unfortunately, it never arrived during my stay. Furthermore, the sleeping arrangement for the third guest was a bit problematic. The small sofa in the apartment could be extended to create a sleeping space, but the provided bedsheet was too small for this arrangement. When I requested a replacement sheet, I was informed that it would cost an additional 8 euros, which seemed excessive considering the existing inconveniences. Lastly, the noise level from the neighbors was quite high, which could potentially impact the quality of sleep for future guests.

Comfortable flat with lots of storage space. Very nice and well equipped kitchen, very large bed and bedroom.

Very noisy, with a creapy dirty building entrance. If you stay long enough, bring your own toilet paper. No elevator. You have to carry your luggage. No air-conditioning. Too hot on warm summer days.

On balance, it was one of the least troublesome stay. The owner was very kind and easy-going.

Overall it was a pleasant stay in a typical spacious ground-floor flat with one bedroom (1 double bed + a couch), a kitchen, bathroom, a separate WC and a hall. The place had wonderful internet speed and the owner made the self-check-in process super-easy.

A list of drawbacks: - there are no mosquito-nets on the windows and there were some mosquitoes during our stay; - the walls and ceiling are not sound-prof, so I hope you won't have too noisy late-coming neighbours above; - the trash-bins are just behind the windows outside, and if you wish to air the flat (as there is no air-conditioner) that might be a problem.

Avoid parking at Kröllgasse close to this apartment - looks like there's someone sitting in ambush there in the neighbourhood and looking for issuing a fine. Even if you park for 5 minutes, you get fine for that. Even if you park at 21:55. Parking is free only after 22:00 on weekdays and the whole day on Saturday and Sunday.

Nice for weekend tourists. With good transport connection to the center.

Overall a good accommodation option. Easy to get to, close to metro station. On this metro line you can get directly to the center, without transfers. Check-in and check-out is contactless, which is convenient. The windows overlook the courtyard. The only "noise" is the singing birds outside the window. There is a train depot on the other side, but there is zero noise from there. The apartment is clean, everything is neat. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, dishes and cutlery. But there are also disadvantages. About them below.

The kitchen lacked the simplest coffee, tea, salt. There was also no iron.

Very spacious, everything was clean and comfortable for a group of people. Even though its far away from the city center it is reachable by public transport. You can cook also very nicely

The shower head is really short for tall people and for a four floor apartment I would expect an elevator

Great location, very close to the metro station. Easy to get to.

I got 20 emails from the Apartment with information, all this could’ve been 1-2 emails. It was very annoying. The heating did not work, so it was a bit cold.

Very Good

Very loud neighboring apartments. We had 3 suitcases that had to be carried into the apartment. We passed the third one less than 10 minutes later and already got a parking fee because the car was parked in front of the entrance, where there is no sign prohibiting parking (it is located 100m higher and applies from there on). Absolutely our fault, but it would be good to warn the guests about this.

it is ideal for a cheap stay in the city, if all you need is a stay for resting after a long day walking around

the property was fairly renovated, with comfortable beds and brand new kitchen. it has all you need for your stay in Vienna

great apartment, convenient location

it was spacious and comfortable, all amenities needed were there! very convenient location close to U3 and also a straight walk into the city. shower was great and beds very comfortable. highly recommend visiting GOTA coffee just a 5-10 min walk away for morning coffees. quiet area which was nice

not many complaints! the one issue was there was building work happening in the block on our last few days which was quite noisy but can’t be helped.
